Product Descriptions:

Driveshaftpower.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Driveshaftpower.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product offered by Driveshaftpower.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for refund or replacement.

International Shipping:

Driveshaftpower.com does not offer international shipping. The purchaser shall be soley responsible for all international shipping charges to also include any additional brokerage, duty and/or tax charges to or from the international destination.

Labor: 

The published price of any drive shaft assembly offered on driveshaftpower.com does not include any drive shaft installation or removal labor cost. Labor costs for drive shaft installation or removal shall be the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. 

Warranty:

Driveshaftpower.com warrants purchased driveshafts for (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty shall not apply to damage from misuse, improper application or from improper installation.

Application of discount(s):

Any offered discount shall only apply to purchases and payments made directly on the website Driveshaftpower.com. The honoring of any discount published or offered by Driveshaftpower.com shall be those discount(s) solely offered on Driveshaftpower.com and shall not be offered through any other means or method. Any discount shall only be applicable on the date(s) for which the discount is offered and shall not apply on any date(s) other than that/those published on Driveshaftpower.com.

Product Availability and Back-Orders:

Driveshaftpower.com does not guarantee that all items for sale at/on driveshaftpower.com are at all times available or in stock. In the event that a purchased item is unavailable or on back-order, the purchaser will be notified and given the option of a complete refund or the option of remaining in queue for the next availability of the purchased item.

Returns & Purchase Cancellation Policy:

All returns shall be approved by Driveshaft Power and shall be assigned a "RETURN of GOODS AUTHORITIZATION" number. Only returns assigned an RGA # will be accepted. Cancellation of any drive shaft order which has already shipped or has already been received by the purchaser shall be subject to a 20% of purchase price restock & return fee. Cancellation of any drive shaft order which is in active production shall be subject to a 15% of purchase price cancellation fee.

 Applicable by Law:

By visiting Driveshaftpower.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Conditions & Terms of Usage and any dispute that might arise between you/your company and Driveshaftpower.com or its affiliates.
